Henry joined Peden Bloodstock in 1992 and leads all aspects of day to day Shipping for the UK office.

Additionally Henry undertakes a key role in Quarantine Management, Stable Management and Airport Operations for all Peden projects world-wide. Henry is expert at operational co-ordination to ensure project delivery to the highest possible standard.

Henry has been involved in the Transport and Event Operations for the following Global Projects in addition to the many international FEI competitions which Peden undertakes every year:

• Co-ordination of the European and Asian pre-export and post-arrival logistics for the Hong Kong Olympic & Paralympic Games

• Hong Kong and European Airport Operations during Hong Kong Equestrian Events Olympics & Paralympics 2008

• Operational Implementation of the Staging Post in Liege for the European Origin WEG horses in 2010.

• Liege and Cincinnati Airport Operations for the 2010 WEG.

• The 7 day pre-export quarantine in Aachen in preparation for the Asian Games, China in 2010; and all European Ground and Airport Logistics on departure and return.

In 2011/2012 Henry was seconded full-time to the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games to advise, and lead the establishment and execution of the Logistics for the Equestrian Venue at Greenwich Park.  

Henry travels widely to international FEI competitions and has an excellent working relationship with the National Federations and their riders.
